These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Openboek website (the “Site”) and the purchase of our digital font software licenses (the “Fonts”). By accessing the Site and purchasing our Fonts, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our Fonts.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Openboek website and purchasing any licenses for our digital font software, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Openboek reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Use of the Site

Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for the purpose of purchasing licenses for our Fonts. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could harm, damage, or impair Openboek or its operations.

3. Licenses for Fonts

Available Licenses

Openboek offers the following types of commercial licenses for our Fonts:

• Printing/Desktop License: Allows you to use the Fonts on desktop computers for designing and printing physical materials.
• Hosting/Web License: Permits the use of the Fonts on websites, enabling web font embedding.
• Broadcasting/Video License: Covers the use of the Fonts in video content for broadcast and streaming purposes.
• Labeling/Logotype License: Authorizes the use of the Fonts in creating labels and logotypes.
• Embedding/Digital Media License: Allows the Fonts to be embedded in digital media, such as e-books and PDFs.
